For staff, the College of LSA provides a Windows machine every four years to replace the existing staff machine. The machines are purchased in bulk by LSA IT to realize the maximum cost savings so, as a result, there is no mechanism for customization as part of the staff upgrade process.
Be aware that you will be required to turn in a working computer in order to receive your new one. This is done to help curb the growth of computers in the environment, as that drives up support costs unnecessarily.
