The Bomgar Support Portal is a product that works with most computers (Windows, Macs and Linux) and can even help us support Android and iOS devices like iPads.
Windows Remote Assistance allows you to share your session on your Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8 machine.
Mac Screen Sharing allows you to share your screen with someone remotely. You need 10.5 or newer for this to work.
